For bank transfers, please deposit the purchase amount via PC banking, internet banking, telebanking, or directly at the nearest bank. The account holder's name must match the name entered during order. Payments must be completed within 7 days; unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.

- The right to cancel or change lies within 7 days of receipt of the written contract, or within 7 days of the actual delivery if delivery is delayed.
- If the product differs from its advertised description or the contract is not fulfilled correctly, cancellation must be within 3 months, or within 30 days of discovering the issue.
- If the goods are damaged, destroyed, or significantly decrease in value due to user’s responsibility, or if packaging is damaged for reproduction purposes, or if the order is made-to-order and recovery damage is anticipated, these can be grounds for refusal.
- Digital content delivery starts after purchase. Partial digital contents not yet provided can still be canceled.
