After-sales Service
TRAINING
The Buyer could dispatch their operators to the Seller's factory for training, including machine operation, maintenance & simple repairs;
Alternatively, if the Buyer does not request it, the Seller’s technician may conduct training for the Buyer’s staff at the Buyer’s facility while installation and adjustment are underway;
INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENT
The Seller may send a technician at the Buyer’s request to set up and fine-tune the equipment for a seven-day period, at no cost, within the Buyer’s facility.
The Buyer should make a reservation in advance before delivery of the machines;
The Buyer is responsible for covering the engineer’s meals and accommodation during installation at the Buyer’s facility. Additionally, the Buyer must reimburse the engineer’s airfare.
GUARANTEE
If the machines operate normally in the Buyer's factory for one year and any issues arise from the Seller's quality defects or other faults, we will provide free replacement components and send engineers to assist with troubleshooting.
Q1: What is the warranty of the machine?
A1: The whole machine's warranty period is 12 months and key parts will be dependent.
A2: Yes, we can provide the complete solution line to customers according to the customer's requirements.
Q3: How about the quality control in your factory?
A3: Yankang adheres to the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), and all manufacturing processes are strictly aligned with it. Each machine must undergo continuous automated operation for at least 72 hours and undergo thorough quality checks prior to delivery.
