SO EASY T prefabricated houses come in different sizes, can use fixed parameters to calculate the dimensions & areas or customize according to customer requirements. The most common design is 12T*40T*6H, dimension 11.4m*38m*6H, which is 884.4m2 area of 2 floors including 2 stairs & 1 indoor walkway, can fit in 3*40`HQ as 1 set. 1*40HQ can load around 200-250m2.

The main steel structure is made from Square Tube Steel or H Section Steel, with EPS / IEPS / Glass Wool / Rock Wool / PU sandwich panel for wall & roof! 6 workers can build 100sqm in one day!
