On line Monitoring Function:

l When the battery string is under the conditions of on-line discharge, uniform charge, and floating charge, the The device enables continuous tracking of both the battery string and individual cells, covering string voltage, cell voltage, total charge and discharge current, overall charge and discharge capacity, and monitoring duration, among other parameters.

Discharge Function:

Initiate a steady-current discharge using an intelligent dummy load once the battery array is disconnected from the system, configure the "discharge current" settings,"discharge time ","discharge capacity" ,The device supports automatic discharge operation, showing real-time discharge current, with defined end-voltage settings for both the full string and individual cells.,battery discharged capacity,Real-time monitoring of string voltage, individual cell voltage, and discharge duration; triggering action when the string voltage hits the predefined final discharge threshold,setup value of final discharge capacity,setup value of final discharge time,any cell If the cell voltage drops below the predefined final voltage threshold or if a manual final action is triggered, the discharge process will be halted. Additionally, final cell voltage settings can be configured to trigger an alarm, not just a stop.

III.Test Procedure Introduction:

On Line Monitoring Test Procedure

First Step: Connect Cell Voltage monitoring module (See details in section 2.4)

Second Step: Attach the group voltage test lead to the positive and negative terminals of the battery array (refer to section 2.5 for full instructions)

Third Step: Plug in and Switch on the tester .

Forth Step: Enter into on line monitoring setup . (see the details in section 3.1 )

Firth Step: Press " OK " Start test .

Discharge Test Procedure:

Step1: Connect cell voltage monitoring module ( See details in section 2.4)

Step 2: Engage the discharge switch (to avoid reversing the discharge cable and risking damage to the tester, and a warning will trigger if an incorrect connection is made)

Step 3: Attach the discharge cable to both the main device and the battery storage unit. Note: Red indicates positive (+); black denotes negative (–). Reversing the polarity may cause hazards. Refer to section 2.5 for further information.

Step 4: Connect group voltage test line to the two poles of battery string.

Step 5: Plug in and switch on the tester.

Step 6 : Enter into discharge test parameters setup.( see details in 3.2)

Step 7: Pull " off"on the discharge switch .

Step 8: Press " ok" start test
