To produce the animal feed, we use the advanced and best choice - twin screw extrusion line. The twin screw extrusion can produce higher quality animal feed, suitable to 17%-22% fat content animal feed. And cooking rate is more than 90%, good digest for animals. Still the twin screw extrusion can clean iteself easily. No need pull the screws out to clean. Using foodstuff, meat powder, fishmeal, and beans etc. as raw materials to produce pet food and fish and bird feed with new shape, unique taste, rich nutrition and exquisite structure. The products are cooked and sterilized with high degree and high pressure of the extruder, so it is easy to be absorbed and popular to the pet market.

Key Configurations

Our complete pet food production line integrates high-efficiency preconditioning with twin-shaft mixers (90-180s retention) and steam injection, feeding into precision extrusion systems featuring single/twin-screw designs (L/D 12:1-20:1) with 22-250kW VFD motors and 6-8-zone barrel temperature control (±1°C). This enables flexible production of 300-5,000 kg/h of nutritionally optimized kibble across Φ2-30mm sizes and custom shapes, with controlled expansion density (300-600 g/L) and ≥90% starch gelatinization. Post-extrusion processing includes multi-tier continuous drying to achieve 8-12% moisture content, fluid-bed cooling, and precision rotary drum coating with ±1.5% liquid application accuracy for fat/flavor infusion.
